Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate to avoid any delays.
Note: As each of our luxury handbags is handmade with precision and care, production time may vary. Please allow up to 1 month for your order to be completed and shipped, depending on the intricacy of the design and the current volume of orders. We appreciate your patience as we craft each bag to the highest standard of luxury.

Shipping
We offer domestic shipping within India and international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping: Delivery within India can take up to 4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed, due to the handmade nature of our luxury handbags. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the package is dispatched.

International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries for an additional fee of $150 USD. International orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
We strive to ensure that your luxury handbag arrives in a timely manner, but please understand that due to the bespoke nature of our products, shipping times may vary.

Returns and Exchanges
At Mysntiq, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury handbags. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@mysntiq.com, and our customer care team will assist you with the process. For international orders, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once you contact us, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Important Note: Due to the exclusive, handmade nature of our luxury handbags, limited edition, customized, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
